Booking
Do I need an account to book a flight or bus? expand_more
No. Guest checkout is fully supported.
Enter your contact details and passenger information at checkout, then pay securely with Paystack. Creating an account is optional.
How do I change or cancel a booking? expand_more
Email support@projectabj.online with your booking reference (for example PABJ-XXXXXX).
Changes and cancellations depend on airline or bus operator rules and fare conditions. Our team will confirm what options are available for your ticket.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? expand_more
We process payments through Paystack.
You can typically pay with Nigerian cards, bank transfer, and other Paystack-supported methods shown at checkout.
My payment succeeded but I did not get a confirmation email expand_more
Check your spam or promotions folder first.
If you still do not see it, open your booking page using the reference from Paystack or contact us with the Paystack payment reference and we will resend your confirmation.
Flights
Are the fares on search results final? expand_more
Search results show live or demo inventory depending on whether Travu / Trips.ng API keys are configured.
The fare locked at checkout (before Paystack payment) is the amount charged. Airport taxes and airline rules still apply.
What travel documents do I need? expand_more
For domestic Nigerian flights, a valid government-issued photo ID is usually required.
For international trips, bring a valid passport and any visas required by your destination. Names on the ticket must match your ID exactly.
Buses
How does bus seat selection work? expand_more
Available seats are shown during bus selection when the operator provides seat maps.
If seats are assigned later by the operator, your booking confirmation will note that. Arrive early at the terminal with your booking reference.
Account
How do I join Privilege Club? expand_more
Use Sign up in the website header to create a customer account.
Once signed in, future bookings can be linked to your profile for easier rebooking and trip history.
